Applying for an Irish visa can feel confusing at first. The process differs from UK and Schengen visas in several important ways. For this reason, professional guidance often makes the process far easier. At Emigration Assist, we simplify every step so your application is prepared correctly and submitted with confidence.
Whether you are travelling for business, visiting family, or planning a holiday, we guide you from the first step to submission.
Why Use Emigration Assist for Your Irish Visa
Irish Immigration makes most visa decisions using documents only. Because there is usually no interview, written evidence becomes especially important. For this reason, document quality can directly affect the outcome.
With our support, common mistakes are avoided. In addition, all documents are checked for accuracy and consistency. As a result, your application is presented clearly and professionally to Irish Immigration.
Our Irish Visa Services What We Do
Emigration Assist offers a complete Irish visa facilitation service from start to finish.
First, we conduct a consultation to confirm the correct Irish visa for your circumstances. After that, we explain exactly which documents are required and how they should be prepared. We also assist with the cover letter, which plays a central role in Irish visa decisions.
Once everything is ready, we lodge the application online through the official AVATS system. We then provide the completed form for you to print and sign. After submission, we book your VFS Global appointment, issue the official appointment letter, and advise you on what to take on the day. In addition, we assist with paying the Irish visa fee and the VFS appointment fee online. Throughout the process, we remain available to support you and answer questions.
The Cover Letter Matters More Than You Think
Because Irish visas do not usually include interviews, the personal application letter carries significant weight. For this reason, immigration officials rely on it to understand your intentions.
We help you structure a strong and clear cover letter. The letter explains why you are travelling to Ireland, when you plan to visit, and where you will stay. It also shows how the trip will be funded and explains your work situation. Finally, the letter confirms your intention to return home after your visit.
You must write and sign the letter yourself. However, we guide you on wording, structure, and content so that the letter meets Irish Immigration expectations.
Fees and Payment Handling
Our Service Fee
Our professional Irish visa facilitation fee is R1250 per visa. This once‑off fee covers the entire process, including consultation, application preparation, appointment booking, payment guidance, and ongoing support.
Government and VFS Fees
In addition to our service fee, Irish Immigration charges a government visa fee. A single‑entry short‑stay visa costs 60 euros, while a multiple‑entry short‑stay visa costs 100 euros. Where required, a transit visa costs 25 euros.
Furthermore, VFS Global charges a mandatory service and appointment fee of R800. This fee is payable online at the time of booking biometrics.
To avoid delays, we require both the visa fee and the VFS fee in advance. As a result, we can pay these amounts online on your behalf and secure the appointment efficiently. All government and VFS fees remain non‑refundable, even if a visa is refused.
