UK Settlement Visa
Please find a brief synopsis of what is required:

The applicant must meet the English Language requirement:
This can be proved with an academic qualification, or by taking a test.
The applicant will need to meet the Health requirement
In order to do this they will need to have a TB test taken at a recognised testing centre
The applicant will need to meet the Financial requirement
In order to do this they will need to either;
- A) Prove that they have the equivalent of 75000 UK Pounds in unencumbered funds or
- B) The Sponsor will need to secure a contract of employment for at least a year earning at least 29000 UK Pounds per annum and have worked in this job for at least 6 months.
The costs of the Family Visa
Visa fee £1,846 per person
NHI levy payable at time of application £5,175 per person
The above fees will be paid directly to the NHI and the UKVI by yourself via credit card online.
The applicant will need to prove their relationship to the British Sponsor
Children must supply either their unabridged birth certificate or vault birth certificate
Spouses must supply their Unabridged Marriage certificate
Our facilitation fee is R7500 per visa
We will lodge the application on your behalf and ensure that you have all the correct documentation to make a successful application.
After lodging the application, we will share the login details in order for you to login and pay for the visa and NHI directly with the UKVI.
We will then book you an assisted appointment at TLS application centre to submit your biometrics and documentation.
We will ensure that you attend your appointment with all the correct documents
